约旦求购白豆(WHITE DRY GRAIN BEANS)  |

1. We are pleased to intimate your goodselves, that there is a tender invitation had been issued by the Jordan Armed Forces, calling for supply, and delivery Qty (160) tones of White Dry Grains Beans of good quality, to be supplied in conformity with the following technical specifications. The closing date will be in July 5th. 2005, but your quotation with sample (2) kgs should reach us 2-3 days earlier, enabling us to prepare our documents, with bid bond accordingly.
2. The technical specifications are as follows:
The standard Specifications: the following standard specifications must be available in the required white dry grain bean.
a- To be free of the strange taste, and smell.
b- No colors should be added to the product.
c- It should be clean, ripen, perfect, and free of shields kernels, and any other strange materials, and free of the weak grains.
d- Grains should be equal, and hormonious, either in color, size, and kinds.
e- Moisture rates must not be more than 14%.
f- Broken grains must not be more than 3%.
g- Beans must be completely free of insects, moth, and the grains must be free of moth, worms, and its discharges, and eggs.
h- It must be of the good ripening kinds.
i- Rates of remnants of pests must not exceeding more than the internationally allowed rates.
j- Rates of radiation contamination must not be exceeding more than the rates allowed by the official authorities.
k- Metallic contamination, it must be not exceeding more than the rate allowed by the international standards.
l- White bean, dry grains size 6/7mm, or 7/8 mm.
If you interested, and in a position to supply, you are kindly requested to quote us your best, lowest, and most competitive prices on C&F Aqaba by sea freight per kg, with the following schedule of shipment:

In your quotation you are kindly requested to take note of the following matters:
1. Your quotation should cover all the technical specifications of the offered item,
2. (2) kgs as sample for laboratory tests send to us by DHL to reach soonest.
3. Your prices to be remained valid for 90 days from the closing date.
4. Payment terms, and conditions, we are ready to open our irrevocable L/C, bank guaranteed, and payable after120 days from B/L date.
