I am glad to submit this announce in Tradekey website and I hope to find the right JOINT-VENTURE PARTNER to start fruitful and durable business relationships between both us.
In fact, we have a complete feasibility study to setup a "CATTLE-BREEDING COMPLEX FOR COW AND SHEEP DAIRY AND MEAT PRODUCTION". So, the aim of the "Complex" is the setting up of a self-sufficient and integrated cow and sheep cattle-raising for the thorough industrialisation of the milk and the meat of live stock and the profiting of all wastes by-products arisen from the exploitation.
The location of the Project is in AL AIN, near ABU-DHABI, where Al Khaili Group has a farming land available. It is 20 hectares (500m x 400m) that can be expanded up to 60 hectares. The farm has a paved road to access to the site.
The farming area is mainly cultivating vegetable and grass for animal feeding, as green forage, xxxxx Otherwise, Al Khaili Group is building a new "animal feed factory", using and moduling several kinds of formulations of ingedients (raw materials and additives).
Al Ain region is considered as the most suitable and rich farming area of the UAE. The Government is very much interested to foster the development of this region and gives all the necessary assistance and support to all projects coming up in this region
In UAE, NO corporative or personal taxes. NO customs duties for equipment and raw materials. And a lot of other advantages related to investments.
So, I will be glad to propose you a real joint-venture that allows both us to start and develop this complex, using eminent genetics cattle breeding and looking to the local and foreign market (all G.C.C. countries, Middle-East, Iran, xxxxx). For that, I would like to receive your proposal concerning this offer.
