Hi
I have an opportunity to work with the Metropolitan Police Force, supplying clothing over 5 years to prison detainees. Therefore I want to ask if you are interested in supplying me with the following items (over a 5 year period - therefore not a one off order, but many little orders).
# 48,000 T-shirts for detainees
# 44,000 sweatshirts for detainees
# 58,000 trousers for detainees
# 131,000 plimsolls for detainees.
(you can offer me just one of the above or serveral or all of them if you can supply them).
In order to partcipate as my supplier for this Tender, you need to supply me with the following information:
1) Address of factory where goods will be made
2) Technical ability - eg, proof of production of similar products, to who, how many, can you provide references from other clients.
3) Production capacity for each of the above, per month.
4) Supply a copy of your Health & Safety policy document (at the place of production/manufacture)
5) Supply evidence you work to or have been assessed to quality standard BS EN ISO9001:2000 or similar industry standard that you can prove. A copy of the certificate is sufficient.
6) Evidence of quality control proceedures in operation at the manufactory plant - prove this please.
If you can answer all these points, then I will offer you the specific tender document with the full details of the tender for you to price up for. All details you supply to me are in the strictest confidence, I will not approach your factory contracts directly now or in the future.
