You are kindly requested for a kind of cold rolled steel according to EN 10139, DC 01, coated each side with a NBR/carbon black composition with adhesive on one side.
It is noise-absorbing shim for disc brakes.
The specifications are as follows:

Steel thickness: 0.38±0.02 mm
Rubber thickness: 0.1±0.005 mm
Adhesive thickness: 0.08±0.010 mm
Release paper thickness: 0.11±0.010 mm
Total without paper: 0.66±0.04 mm
Width: 40 mm to 80mm is acceptable
Roll length: 500 m and up
Roll width and length are not very important. We cut it in our factory in Iran.

Compressibility ASTM F36A 6% - 10%
Recovery ASTM F36A 60% - 80%
Thickness increase according to ASTM D471
Fuel A, 5h/23ºC (Max. 2%)
Oil 1, 5h/23ºC (Max. 2%)
Immersion in break fluid for 1 h/23ºC
No swelling or delaminating of rubber and adhesive.
Adhesive temperature resistance: No delaminating after 1 h/200ºC
Bonding strength of adhesive to steel plate:
Overlap area: 4 cm² minimum 60 N/cm²
Connection procedure 2.5 Mpa for 5 seconds at 200ºC (heating plate)
