I am looking to make 250-500 of this stand

My client is looking to produce anywhere from 250-500 of these.
I will be doing the printing.
First I wanted to say this is a copyrighted design, please treat any info you receive from us with the respect it needs.
Im not sure how much this drawing will help, we will furnish more drawings,
But this is a display we are looking to have fabricated.
The display stands about 48" tall and approx 18" across, it will have an internal tube frame approx 1 / 2 diameter that attaches with 2 bolts to a base, the graphics we will print here in the united states, the graphics with be like a pillow case that slide over the tube structure and have a zipper at one end that will close. We want the tube struture to be able to hold a catalog holder as in the design but I beleive that we will be putting the holder so it extends out to the side-about 3 / 4 of the way up, so if the want to change holder shapes they can in the future, the base will need to be made out of clear plexi or something along those lines, we are not sure yet. We want the tube structure to break down into 2 sections so that it can be boxed with the base and when it gets to the us have the graphic inserted into the boxes then shipped to its final destination
