We have immediate requirement for the following: ITEM- HYDROXY ETHYL CELLULOSE 1500 KG SPECIFICATION OF HYDROXY ETHYL CELLULOSE 1 Physical state The material as received , shall be a free flowing powder, free from visible impurities.. 2. Dispersibility of 0.7% w/v sample in distilled water. Highly dispersible 3. Moisture content , percent by mass, (as received) 10.0% (Maximum) 4. Residue content, on dry basis, percent by mass 0.5 (Maximum) 5. Insoluble matter , (on dry basis ) in 15%(w/w/) HCI, percent by mass 0.3 (Maximum) 6. Performance tests required.
