Dear Sir/Madam,
We are a Singapore based export house with our offices in India, Japan, Latin America & Africa. With annual turnover of USD 100 mn we have been dealing in exports of various items from Asia to Europe, Australia, Latin America & Africa.
Currently we have another requirement of Rubber Tiles for Australia, kindly let us know if you can supply the same to us.
Details are follows:-
There are 3 different types (Type A, Type B and Type C).
The Rubber compounding for these products is:
High Mooney Nitrile 100.00
Zinc Oxide 5.00
Sulphur 2.00
Stearic Acid 1.00
Wingstay L 1.50
Filler Carbon Black 35.00
Filler Ultrasil VN3 25.00
Parafinic oil 23.50
Accelerator MBTS 2.25
Accelerartor THTD 1.05
Duro Hardness 80 – 85 Duro
We will need these tiles supplied in the following Colors:
Black
Blue
Yellow
Cream
These tiles can be made from Natural or Synthetic rubbers. The volume is to be about 4000 tiles / month. In the mixed colors and types.
We have also attached the test criteria sheet so that you can assure us that it will be as the same standards.
