E)Tender conditions: The jute bags and the dertilizers must be
delivered to the Board by the successful bidder(s) within one
month from the date of award of tender.
All un-sealed bids and those sent through post, including telex,
telefaxes or e-mail, shall be disqualified. Similarly, any form of
convassing will automatically disqualify the party behind it.
