The specifications are as follows :
GRADE I
1. % of Sodium sulphate (Na2SO4) min.- 99
2. Matter insoluble % max. - 0.25
3. Clorides as NaCl max. - 0.30
4. Fe, Al, Cr combined max. - 0.02
5. Fe max. - 0.002
6. Loss on drying max. - 0.50
7. PH value of 10% soln. - 7 to 7.5
GRADE II
1. % of Sodium sulphate (Na2SO4) min.- 98
2. Matter insoluble % max. - 0.50
3. Clorides as NaCl max. - 0.20
4. Fe, Al, Cr combined max. - 0.02
5. Fe max. - 0.002
6. Loss on drying max. - 1.00
7. PH value of 10% soln. - 7.5 to 8
