accepted and will lead to disqualification of the bid. Consideration for

will be on a complete lot basis.
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by

bidders on the submission of a written application and upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of US$30 .
Bids must be delivered to the bidding address below on or before March 11,

at 1000 hrs (local time). All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of
