We would like to have your quotation for the following:
Steel rail bars 60E-1 in the following specification:
1- As rail profile 60E-1 grade RZ60-EN13674-1 according to European committee for standardization. The rail shall be of the type designated by the international Union of Rail-ways as "UIC60" (CODE 861-3/0 OF1.1.69).
2-Rail bars must be in length 18-25 meters .
3-Axle load:25 tones
4-Quality of the steel:
the steel shall be obtained by the siemens -martin basic(open hearth) process or oxygen-blown converters .the steel shall be of the ordinary quality as defined by the international Union of Railways(see code 860/0:1.10.71).
the steel composition shall be as follows:
-carbon:0.4-0.6% (oxygen-blown converter );0.4-0.55(siemens-martin):
-manages:0.8-1.2%
-silicon:0.35%
-phosphorus:0.05%
sulphur:0.05%
5-Quantity:30000 Metric Tones
