I would like to develop a motor from one of my customer’s designs. Is your company able to make 5 custom/prototype motors according to the customer’s designs? The customer wishes to develop a 10-pole brushless, 30 coil, 3 phase, permanent magnet motor, 12V. Outside Diameter approx. 85mm, Length approx. 150mm.
The customer can provide the following
· Technical specifications
· CAD drawings
Please advise if your company can assist in this project. If successful it will lead to large subsequent orders.

The application of the generator is for use in the small-scale renewable wind energy sector. This is a sector with very strong growth.
The induction generator will need to output around 610W at 700 rpm. If you are interested in developing the prototypes, I have an 8-pole generator of the same size by US manufacturer (X-treme energy) for you to examine if required.
The length of the generator housing can be no more than 180mm and the outside diameter of the generator housing must be 85mm. (as shown in example.jpg)
Please advise if your company can arrange manufacture of the prototypes. Include in reply estimated cost for each unit and time to manufacture.
