Dear Sir, we are in need of Hard Coking Coal, our requirement is 500,000mt, please confirm whether
you are able to supply or not ? if your answer is positive, please send us
your draft contract.
Our buyer is Govt Big steel mills. And these mills do not issue LOI or BCL as the world wide sellers are aware of their financial capabilities and Consumption of Coal. If you are a genuine seller kindly arrange to send the docs as above with draft contract and I will get the deal close with in 3 working days.
However our buyer promised to send their LOI with soft probe, latest by next Tuesday.
