This representation is made with full corporate authority and responsibility of the above stated by the buyer.

ORIGIN M100 GOST 10585/75 (based on Annex A)
IN bulk.
Russia or choice by seller.
QUANTITY 100,000 MTW (+/-5% to be allowed)
DELIVERY Under INCO terms CIF LT (Cost, Insurance and Freight Liner Terms),
Port: Chinese Major Port, P.R.China.
Partial shipment is allowed (50,000MTW X 2 shipments)
Transshipment is not allowed
Discharge Rate: XXXXMTW/PWWD
PAYMENT By an Irrevocable and Non-Transferable Documentary Letter of Credit, payable 100% (one hundred percent) at sight after all of shipping documents have been approved by the advising bank.
INSPECTION The certificates of Quality and Quantity (Weight) issued by SGS / CCIC to be final at seller抯 expense at loading port before shipment.
SHIPMENT The shipment of the Heavy Fuel Oil will be commenced no later than 30 days after the date of the operative Letter of Credit issued by the buyer at the opening bank.
