1. Origin of product : USA (produced: for meat consumption only chicken as opposed to chickens raised for eggs)
2. Physical demand (size/weight/etc)
- size: 12 ~15cm
- weight : 25~35g (25~40g)
- shape (common) : Grade A / AA
- normal cleanliness : Washed and clean
- skin color : White skin (without yellow skin ; outer yellow skin should be removed - removing nail is optional)
- feather : No feathers
- bruise : No bruise
- wound : No traces of carved deep wounds
- bones : No broken bones (<2%)
- blood : No blood (Also no blood clots & no blood stain
- burns : No ammonia burns
- flaw : No black flaw
- pad : the pads of the feet remains
- pad condition : No dirty or black pads
- smell : No bad smell
- Moisture content : <1%
- Drainage : 0 to -5 degree C for 8 hours.
- Cutting of feet : should be cut around and above the joint bone
3. Freezing and storage condition requirement
- Blasted at: minus 40 degrees Celsius
- Storage at: minus 18-20 degrees Celsius.
- Temperature during Transportation: should be kept below minus 18 degrees Celsius
4. Certificate of Inspection for manufacturing system
- Do you have any certificate of your manufacturing system such as HACCP, GMP or HALAL?
5. Sanitary inspection document for export approved by the US government agency.
- Should be prepared before shipment.
