I thought I have already send you our need. If not here it is. Following is our requirement. I already have some prices so if interested get back to me with price and quantity in each container on pallets (no boxes). You can give price FOB your port and if possible CIF Los Angeles and New York. This is what I sent to selected suppliers in China.
Once again please note the following requirements and give me the final prices for different colors you can supply, FOB the port of your choice. YOU MIGHT HAVE ALREADY GIVEN ME THE PRICE BUT PLEASE HAVE ANOTHER LOOK AND GIVE ME THE FINAL PRICE(S), even if it is same as before. Specify minimum order quantity if you have, and quantity per 40 feet container. Our current annual need is about 5,000,000 bottles, but the potential is much more. But first we will get few containers for test.
My intention is to select few suppliers and visit them in China to finalize the detail of our cooperation. Please give your final views in response. I need to make a decision soon. Please get back to me at your earliest possible time

1-STYLE: Long Neck. Please see our website www.reedsgingerbrew.com. Go to products, and look at Ginger Brew, Virgil’s Cream Soda, and China Cola. The general shape should be this. Does not need to be exactly the same, but similar.
2-COLOR: Our main need is Amber and Clear. Green is less important, but give a price if you can supply.
2-CAP: It must be twist cap. This means to open you twist the cap by hand. Not pry cap which must be opened by bottle opener. Most samples I have received from China are pry cap, which needs bottle opener. Tip of the bottle neck must have a groove so that the cap will twist. Probably the factory will need a new mold if they do not have one.
3-CAPACITY: 355 ml +/- 6 ml. This is to fill line. Total volume to the top will be 369 ml +/- 6 ml.
4-TOTAL HEIGHT: 225 +/- 1.60 mm
5-FILL POINT: 48.29 mm from top
6-BODY DIAMETER: 61.67 mm +/- 1.60 mm
7-BODY WALL THICKNESS: 0.55 mm-0.65 mm.
8-WEIGHT: 235-255 grams. Most samples I have received from China are heavier. May be price will be better if the weight is reduced, which means less material. This is also important for us as it will reduce our shipping cost.
9-Give a price for the mold if you have to make a new one. And state what should be the minimum order to have free mold.
10-A little variation from above is OK, but should be as close as possible. IF WE ARE SUCCESSFUL IN OUR NEGOTIATIONS , I WILL PROVIDE SAMPLES BEFORE FINAL ORDER
