用于制造医用牙根挫的机器.特点如下:
Pin Making Machine : This product will also be made from Stainless Steel and I think AISI 316L Material or Nickel Titanium Wire is used for manufacturing this product. I can tell you this that Pin making machine has 4 main functions:
1 : It grinds the Wire to make the Tips in Diameter 0.15mm, 0.20mm etc. sizes, in 2 shapes:
i : Square or Triangle Profile, for the product explained in Point 2 below;
ii : Round Profile, for the product explained in Point 3 below;
2 : The it Twists the Wire to make the Grooves on it, as shown in the attached file, in the picture of Pin on the left.
3 : Or it Makes the Grooves on the Pin by Machining, as shown in the attached file, in the picture of Pin on the right.
4 : Then it Cuts the finished Part from the Wire.
You can see that the Pins shown in the attached picture are also punched/pressed at the Lower Side of their picture, I think this process is done manually on small Pressing Machine.
