英国求购动物疫苗(ANIMAL VACCINES)  |

I wish to inform you of our desire to purchase animal vaccines as stated above. Our ministry is largely responsible for the supply of about 80% of the Livestock consumed in the West Coast of Africa. Farmers under our ministry run very vast farms, which help in broadening the resource base of the country every quarter.
However, in recent times, the scourge of a strange disease (PHF) which has affected their turnout level has hampered production. The government has been intervening in its bid to control the situation with some VACCINES supplied by some of our veterinary contractors from Europe. The vaccines have been very efficacious. They are CLAFORMIXIL HYDROCHLORIDE 100ML INJECTION and TERRAMYCIN 5 PHENOXYLE 100ML INJECTION.
Right now, the Government has allocated a lump sum of money to the tune of us $8 million dollars (eight million us dollars only) for this purchase and we are about awarding the contract for the supply of another batch of the vaccines this second quarter, which would be, subsequently, sold at subsidized rates to local farmers.
I am particularly interested because of the enormous amount of funds allocated by the Government. I would want to influence the award of the animal vaccine contract to someone I can trust and cooperate with, so that both of us can benefit from it.
Please, let me know if you would be able to source for these Vaccines and execute the contract to our mutual benefit and satisfaction. If yes, I would want you to apply for the supply contract, and by virtue of my position as the personal assistance to the Director General directly in charge, I will ensure that you are awarded the contract.
Already, I have placed an advert for tender in the media for the vaccines, but this is basically to satisfy our statutory policy. All you would need to do is to get their current prices, and make your own quotation (including your profit and cost of airfreight) and an over-invoicing of about 3% to 5% to cater for my own interest. under the memorandum on understanding for the award of this contract, you will be reciveing from government 50% of the total contact value as moblization fee to enable you sources for the vaccines due to the urgency that it requires because the vaccines must be supplied before or latest 28th july,2005. Already, several bids have been made by some of our old suppliers, but I need someone who can cooperate with me and accommodate my interest, appropriately.
