Dear Mr. Xiong,
It is nice to talk to you today.
We are looking for factory who can make this custom designed ‘fishing Tote cooler bag’ of EVA and/or fake Nylon.
Attached files of Image of cooler, these are the material we want to apply to this backpack fishing tote with 3 room cooler.
We need to add a zipper on the three clear PVC windows/compartments per the image ‘FishingToteCooler-Revision.jpg’.
Zipper should match zipper on cooler side or smaller. We need the zippers only to the PVC window.
The cooler side needs to have a PVC lining inside similar to soft cooler on market to protect against moisture.
The images of PVC liner inside cooler for your reference -
We want to keep the price low with these new additions.
Can you please rush on making prototypes to us when you see the rendering attached?
If you think the zipper cannot be sewn to 3 sides of the Clear PVC window well or it will not function well. Please suggest what it works.
Please note the changes as mentioned in past but there is no handle necessary and need these 2 cylinders separated per the rendering.
Quantities would be 10,000 / 25,000 / 50,000+ units.
- cooler-1.jpg shows an example of a vinyl type of insulation, it is found in everyday lunch coolers from RCC.
- Please quote this type of insulation as well as the examples in the cooler_Liner.JPG, and cooler_Liner2.JPG.
Please see the attached rendering of backpack for fishing with 3 room-cooler at the left to the tote bag.
The insulated left side of tote holds 4 cans of 12 oz. drink with Zipper Closure.
Right side- 3 compartments with Snap closure for all storage to accessories
Velcro straps in the middle of tote bag hold 2-piece fishing poles.
Padded straps
The size is 200mm(W) x 100mm (thick) x 500mm(H)
Fake Noprene & Neoprene because it is a cooler to canned drink.
Qty: 50k / 100k units with nice packaging to be quoted separately.
- Please quote the packaging with option (1) color printed box OR (2) custom artwork printed cardboard to wrap to each unit.
- Please tell how is the estimated weight to each unit and carton box for 12 pcs and we need dimension to each export carton to 12 units.
- How much for 4 samples of this fishing tote back with cooler for 4 cans? How
long will be the sampling and production to 50k/ 100k / 500k?
