We are one of the main importer of home appliance in Iran with over 10 years experience in this field. We have assembling factory of dishwasher and full automatic front loading washing machine in our country.
Now, we have decided to produce some parts inside our country. The parts which we intend to produce are as follow:
- cabinet
- plastic drum
- stainless steel drum
We need your quotation for molds of 3 above mentioned parts.
Please note below items:
1) If we buy molds from your company, could your engineers come here and install them for us or you need help of other companies in your country which perform such projects?
2) If we produce these 3 parts here, we need to import all other parts in SKD or CKD from your company. Is your company ready to support us completely in this regard?
3) Please be informed that we have a very good reputation in our market and one reason of this accepted reputation is for our good and complete after sales services. If we need some spare parts or we face any problem, could you support us urgently and friendly in this regard?
4) We intend to produce full automatic front loading washing machine with just one capacity 6Kg but we would like to have some different models of panels and doors. Could you support us in this regard?
Please note that producing just one model makes our after sales services more easier but by having different models of doors and panels we can offer different models in appearance for different tastes of our customers.
We have planned annual production of 10000 to 20000 and we think this amount is good.
