ESTATHE TRUMPET:
Attached you can find the exact new sizes for the mock-up on the file "Noisy
Trumpet.pdf". Please respect the sizes and the shape above all, in order to
achieve a result such as the one in the attached picture "Bicchiere
rumoroso"
The project have to develop very quickly. We have to evaluate the new mockup
within 14th December.
We have a final quantity after pre-production sample confirmation, which is
50k pcs.
We have a delivery time, which is 10th March.
When production is confirmed, the factory must be in the best sanitary
conditions.
A special note about the colours. Do you remember the experience we gained
during our past project?
The colours used for printing must be resistant to rubbing (they have very
strict tests on colour fastness!). Colour fastness must be guaranteed for
both dry rubbing and wet rubbing (they do the rubbing tests with a chemical
element that has the same effect of saliva on inks). I know you're going to
use a film layer to protect the colours from rubbing, and I have to warn you
that when you put a film over a sticker the colour gets darker. As we have
to respect the pantone colour or CYMK colour data that the customer will
give us, take this into account.
The sticker that wraps the trumpet must be positioned in a way that it
doesn't make crinkles, and rolled regularly on the surface.
Study well the alignment. I know all this follows the approval of the mock
up but I want to make it clear now in order to diminish all possible
misunderstandings, production problems, and during production
inconveniences.
All material compliant to CE regulations and EN71 regulations. No forbidden
phthalates on plastic material (DINP, DNOP, DEHP, DIDP, BBP, DBP), no toxic
colours or solvents.
From how well this project goes depends the Nutella trumpet project. So we
have to do our best.
