We are a company in the UK. We are looking for a manufacturer in China who can produce a stainless steel knife blade for us.
This is a special item because it must be made so that it looks very sharp but actually it must have a very blunt and smooth rounded edge that will not cut.
The blade must be made from good quality stainless steel with a temper so that it will flex slightly but will not bend. The finish must be a mirror polish.
The blade length including the tang is 382 mm. The blade is 2 mm thick.
Widest width is 47 mm. Please see attached image of 3D model. We will send detailed drawing in PDF file format by email if required.
To begin with we need around 2000 to 4000 blades made. We anticipate placing further orders in future once we have found the right supplier.
