Its dome, the smallest among full-powered models, distributes the 40,000 BTU/hr. output over 254 sq. ft. It runs for 9-15 hrs. on a standard 20 lb tank of liquid propane. Heat adjustability is limited to high/low settings, and although it uses a portable propane source, its wheel-free 80 lb frame is tough to move without a dolly. Its black steel frame is durable, but people who live in wet or coastal conditions should consider stainless steel models.
