It gives us great pleasure to introduce our company as Registered
Suppliers of various stores with the Government Departments, Semi-Government
Departments and the Private Sector/ Organizations.
We have in hand tender inquiry issued by one of our valued customer
M/s. Pakistan Railways Lahore for procurement of under mentioned items:-

AMERICAN COMPOSITION
Chemical Composition
1. Magnesite = 90% Min
2. Lime = 2.5% Max
3. Alumina = 2% Max
4. Silica = 3% Max
5. Ferro-Oxide = 2% Max
Physical
i) Retained on 5 mesh BS = 8.00% Max
ii) Passing through 100 Mesh = 30.00% Max
iii) The granulated magnesite should be suitable for use as ramming
material on the bearth of the basic lined steel Electric Furnace. It
should be Dead Burnt at a temperature of 1550 Deg C and should not show
more than 0.5% shrinkage when seaked for 2 Hrs at 1500 Deg C.
iv) Heat yield is 100-113/ram
v) Packing in 25 kg bags

In case you are manufacturer or supplier of above store and interested
in this orders, please send your Quotation on your company letter head
page in the name of \"Chief Controller Purchase, Pakistan Railways
Lahore\".
Please mention in your quotation: offer validity, Shortest Delivery
period, Port of shipment, Brand\'s name, Manufacturer\'s name, Contry of
Origin, provide Mill Test Certificate with shipping documents, Unit &
total FOB/C&F prices and Payment terms etc.
Also please confirm in your quotation that you have valid export
licence/permission from Govt of China for Export of this item.
Kindly note that in case order is awarded to you, you will have to
submit 5% Performance Bond (Bank Guarantee) for total value of order in
favour M/s. Pakistan Railways Lahore, after receipt of Purchase Order,
which will be returned to you after receipt of store by the buyer.
Please send us your Offer complete in all respects (along-with
specification sheet, Technical Data and relevant literature) by return fax and
original offer by airmail.
Kindly confirm our maximum agent\'s commission in a separate covering
letter only address to Shabbir Brothers.
