I’m working for Vestel which belongs to Zorlu Holding. We are one of the biggest export company in europe . We will produce 6 mio white goods including cookers,washing machine,refrigerator,air conditioner,dish washers.
I would like to inform you about our 2007 dishwasher production quantities, and our capacity. We will produce 300.000 pcs. for 2007 and our capacity is 1.000.000, our quantities will increase every year. For 2008, it will be 500.000, for 2009,it will be 700.000 and we will reach 1.000.000 at 2010.
I’m responsible for dishwasher purchasing.
I’m sending you some specs of microfilter Sheet of dishwasher.
I request you to evaluate these specs and make a quotation for us.
Also we need some samples.

MICROFILTER SHEET SPECIFICATION:
Expanded mesh is measured like the following picture:
DL means for Long way diagonal
DC means for Short way diagonal
AV means for strand width
SP means for thickness
By taking an example of our sample R1 x 0,75 x 0,25 x 0,15 means that
DL = 1 mm
DC = 0,75 mm
AV = 0,25 mm
SP = 0,15 mm
The sheet dimension is 189mm(+/- 0.2) * 66mm(+/- 0.2)
