b) Buyer upon sight and take sample for preliminary assay report shall pay 30% of total gooods to enable BUYER take full control of the products, Full contract agreement shall be signed to this effect to guarantee the safety of all parties. Seller will nominate a representative to accompany the product and witness all smelting and the balance payment at buyers end after smelting.
