We sree sree impex pvt. Ltd. Hereby state and represent that it is our intention to purchase, and we hereby confirm that we are ready, willing and able to purchase hot rolled steel billets in the quantity and for the price as specified in the terms and conditions as stated below. This representation is made with full corporate authority and responsibility of the above stated buyer.
Product/grade: Hot rolled steel billets
Quantity:60.000 mt(+/- 5%)
Origin/mills name: Both must be indicated on fco
Payment: Irrevocable, unconfirmed letter of credit, payable at sight.(lc will be negotiable at buyers bank)
Shipment date: Not later than 35 days after lc
Guarantee: Pbg should be send within 3 days after receipt of pre-advice(mt705). The l/c will be issued within 3 banking days after receipt of performance bond guarantee(pbg) covering 2% of purchase price at buyers bank
S counters or by authenticated swift message(l/c and pbg text to be agreed and stipulated in contract/annex).

Required documents:
* 3 originals and 3 copies of commercial invoice duly signed by the beneficiary of the l/c indicating(fob + freight) cfr destination port value and origin of goods.
* 3/3 original and 3 copies of clean on board bill of lading issued to the order of applicatons bank, marked freight prepaid.
* 3/3 original and 3 copies certificate of quality issued by inspection company, mutually agreed by buyer and seller, at loading port confirming that they have attended a quality survey prior to, during and after loading on board the vessel and that the cargo has been loaded on board in accordance with quantity/grade stipulations and showing that the goods are free from any harmful defects and suitable for normaluse.
* 3/3 original and 3 copies certificate of quantity issued by sgs international at loading port.
* 3/3 original and 3 copies mills test certificate indicating full specs of goods.
* 3/3 original and 3 copies certificate of origin issued by chamber of commerce certifying origin of the goods.
* 3/3 original and 3 copies packing list
* certificates on sellers cost.(quality and quantity certificates can be combined)
* copy of beneficiarys fax advice which has been sent to applicants fax within 1 day from shipment date indicating full shipment details(loading port, port of discharge, b/l no. Shipment date, weight and value of goods, vessel name/age and eta) quoting our ref. Relative fax transmission report is also required to this effect.
* beneficiarys written declaration stating that only 1/3 original b/l,1 original certificate of quality,1 original certificate of quantity,1 original certificate of origin,1 original mills test certificate have been placed in masters bag.
* copy of all documents to be send to applicant within 2 days from shipment date by fax.
We kindly ask you to indicate your acceptance by forwarding us your official duly signed final corporate offer(fco) referring to loi ref. ; loi within three working days. This loi will expire after three working days if not accepted with fco.
