We are looking to source Titanium Dioxide (Rutile) for manufacturing purposes, & would like to explore the possibility of procuring the material:

TiO2: 95% min
Rutile content: 98% min
Bulk Density: 0.88g/cc
Oil Absorption: 20g oil/ 100 g pigment
PH: 5 - 8.5
Avg. Particle diameter: 0.19-0.22 micron
Chalk resistance : Medium
Moisture: 1% max
Spec: ASTM D 476-84 type II-III

For usage at our plant at Germany,South Africa and Australia the requirement of which would be about 450 -500 MT p.a.
