We are in need of make the aluminum binder with hinge and metal rings mechanism. Attached is the sample which is similar to what we need. The further specification as below:
Size : 18.5" W x 16.25" L x 3.5" spine
Extent : one version
Material : 1mm aluminum
Printing : 2c printing on front cover, inside front cover and inside back cover
Finishing : Binder making with 5 rings metal mechanism (D ring in 70mm high), If you cannot find a 5 rings mechanism, 3 + 2 combination will be accepted. Die cut the handle on both front and back cover. 4 hole drilled or punched on the back cover. you can refer to the picture of "PP binder" attached. It is the exact binder style we need but we want it to be made by aluminum.
