Thank you for the given information. We have consulted on the information you gave us and we wish now to know some more information concerning our future cooperation. I would be very glad if you answered the following questions:
1. as you informed us that your company produces the insulation tape for the automobile industry, we would appreciate if you could provide us with the price list for it in your next letter.
2.We are interested to know if your company obtains the certificates of quality of its products. Could you tell us thoroughly about them?
3.Do you have an ISO quality management certificate? if it is possible please, send us a copy of this certificate.
4.The characteristics of the insulation tape for the automobile industry we need:
-thickness 0, 20 +/- 0,05
- width 20 +/- 2,0
-length 25+/- 0,5
33+/- 0,5
We are also ready to consider other variants of rolling.
5. The appearance and general properties of the PVC insulation tape should meet the following requirements:
- The appearance of the tape: it should have no breaks, bubbles,cracks, crinkles and misses of the glue layer, no tearings on the sides;
- The appearance of the roll: there should be no bulges of the tape turns and through splits on the tape flanks. The surface of the roll should be smooth and clean.
The colour of the insulation tape-black.
The tape must not change its colour when being stretched.
Viscosity of the tape- not less than 90 seconds (standard).
According to the Russian GOST standard,
The viscosity of the tape is being defined at the 22 +/- 4 on three samples with the length of 400 mm and the width equal to the width of the insulation tape.
A sample is being bent in two with the adhesive side inside, placed on the glass support and then mangled with a roller 10 kg in weight and 150 mm in diameter, leaving the 50 mm tails of the tape non-glued. On the mangled part of the sample the 100 mm in length work
