Hi,
I am designing a 1/2" gauge, 4'x8', decorative resin panel, 2 layers with a dichrotic film interlayer. The texture on the surface I would like to glow with the use of fiber optics imbedded in the resin or interlayer. During manufacturing the fiber optic will have to withstand temp.'s of 200 degrees, and a lot of pressure. Is is possible to use a fiber optic LED to make my resin panel "glow" with light, without the fiber optics getting crushed? The panel will be 4'x8' large with multiple "glowing" points. I look forward to your response. Thank you.
