Greetings:
Our company is looking to make an initial purchase of 50 gas & electric
scooters from you. Our needs are as follows:
(1) 15 - 50cc gas scooters
(2) 15 - 100 cc gas scooters
(3) 12 - 150 cc gas scooters
(4) 3 - 250 cc gas scooters
(5) 5 - Electric scooter/bike
All scooters must include a luggage box for mounting on the rear and
must be
an IDENTICAL COLOR MATCH to the scooter.
All scooters must have mounts for windshields, so please include AS A
SEPARATE ITEM, the cost of a windshield for the scooters.
THE PRICES FOR ALL OF THESE MACHINES MUST INCLUDE shipping and
insurance to
Los Angeles, California.
Necessary requirements to be included in your quote:
(A) Color availability
(B) Complete specification sheet about each scooter/bike
(C) Your recommendations concerning spare parts. (Generally, we like
to
carry about 5% spares. Drive & wheel sprockets, drive chains, tires,
inner-tubes & batteries are what we like to carry.)
(D) Your requirements for payment. (Generally, we are used to 30% down
with
70% upon container loading and checking.)
(E) The estimated delivery time from start of production at your plant,
to
receiving time in Los Angeles, California.
Thank you for offering a quote on these items. We are hoping to
establish a
long term agreement with you. As our sales increase this year, we
estimate
on purchasing up to 500 scooters from you. Our second year projections
are
600-750 scooters and 1000 in the third year.
