Wondering if this part is a good fit for RIM. will be extremely low volume Likely under 500 pieces. File *** will likely be changes slightly. I will provide final part CAD for each side once time comes to build the tool.
For material, needs to be able to handle a little bit of heat as these parts go around the headlight housing on a vehicle. Parts would be painted, so likely 320 finish on the mold cavity, you would know better than me for what is the proper finish.
Also please make any recommendations for elimination of read through, and the parts can me modified to suit.
