Please send me PI for the 10 tons first sample order , thereafter it will be 20 tons every second month going forward , check if you can do better pricing as well for us please so we can build long term business partner.
Just to keep you rest assured our forward program orders for you going forward after the 10mt shipment with be as follows, so please also make sure you have the stock for us for all our new orders.

Before we move forward and confirm our order, could you please forward us a copy of your company registration certificate / business licence / custom record certificate as well as a letter from your bank confirming banking details of the company.
. We have our agents inspectors there in China and once we confirm the order and PI, we would like to visit you and the warehouse and see the goods for quality control etc, can we arrange this, and please arrange to advise full company name and address as to where these agents and inspectors will come to you and meet you and your superiors.
